Exhibitors want to meet as many customers and prospects as possible and keep updated about the latest development on the market. After all, seeing people is the most efficient way to acquire and retain customers.

The format of Coiltech aims to make this as easy as possible for you, reduce your workload for organising the participation at the exhibition to the necessary minimum, and keep your expenses for the stand and the ancillary costs as low as possible.

How we achieve this:


Just 2 days of exhibition to avoid idle times

Time is the most valuable resource.

Generally, exhibitions last 3-5 days, and the heaviest influx of visitors is concentrated in the first 2 days or, in other shows, the central days.
The choice to organize Coiltech in 2 days meets the need to avoid waste of money and loss of time.

With our format (although we do not recommend this for a first-time exhibitor), exhibitors can even choose to arrive 1 hour before the opening time to visitors, display the samples, flyers, arrange the booth and be ready to do business.

Your staff will minimize the time of you being out-of-office, allowing for better management of daily activities.

Know what you are buying - transparent costs

Our policy is clear: you find all the cost information online. With a simple "mouse-over," you get to see the actual cost of the booth that you are interested in. At many shows, the exhibitor has to source the various services (space rental, booth building, electrical current, added fees and taxes, parking, etc.) with multiple suppliers and draw the sum.

At Coiltech, you know what you get. The price, including essential services, furnishings, and more, is lower than the bare surface at many other exhibitions.
The booths are equipped with an identical structure and the necessary items. Furniture and services are ready to use and displayed under "specifications" in the floorplan.  

All the exhibiting companies at Coiltech realize their stand with one of our turnkey packages that aim to reduce costs. This said you can always log in to MyQUiCKFairs to take a look at the variety of selected furniture that you would like to add.

Quickly understand your costs 

You only need to look at the floorplan and choose by yourself the booth you want to purchase. The red booths have already been booked; the green ones are the ones available.

10 months before the start of the exhibition, the floorplan is available online, and you can easily find out who your neighbours are.

Organization of your booth - stress free

When you arrive at the show, you will find your booth equipped with the furniture you chose, clean, and ready to meet your customers. All you have to do is set up your samples and brochures.
Before the exhibition starts, we from Coiltech will check together with you that everything you ordered is ready and available in your booth.

Should you realize that you wish to add something else, we offer a Shop that meets all your last minute needs (for examples: cubes, display cabinets, brochure holders, extra stools, food, and drinks, etc.)

During the set-up day, Coiltech organizes some informal meeting opportunities between exhibitors (such as the Workers' lunch and Wine tasting session) where you can discuss joint projects or relax in front of a good glass of wine. We want you to feel in good hands and make optimal use of your free-time before the show.
