The format of Coiltech aims to make this as easy as possible for you, reduce your workload for organising the participation at the exhibition to the necessary minimum, and keep your expenses for the stand and the ancillary costs as low as possible.

How we achieve this:

• the entire booking process is online
• all stands are ready-to-do business equipped, thus including stand construction, furnishing and indispensable services such as electricity consumption, stand cleaning and internet access
• in the online shop, you can order any required, optional equipment (e.g. showcases, additional furniture, different carpet colour) conveniently and in a time-saving manner
• a configurator tool allows you to visualise your ideas during the planning phase
• we make all information available online so that you can make your decisions with ease 
• you have a fixed contact person at the organiser with whom you can discuss your questions personally and who is responsible for ensuring that everything at the fair is just as you ordered it.

10 months before the start of the exhibition, the floorplan is available online, and you can easily find out who your neighbours are.
